Day 3–Patience

Patience is stillness. Patience is taking one step at a time. Would you sign up to run a marathon and then just run it without training without building up. Patience is acknowledging frustration and letting it go. Patience is just being present and quieting the mind about what happened yesterday, ten years ago or what will happen tomorrow.  Others call it mindfullness but that word has never resonated with me as it suggests it is connected to the mind. Patience works on the mind, the heart, the physical, the emotional bodies, and the soul levels of existence.
